Do I need to create an account?
No! You can use FloatPost without an account. However, signing in (via email OTP) allows you to save workspaces, sync across devices, and track views.
How many tabs can I capture?
Free plan: Up to 10 tabs per workspace. Pro plan: Up to 50 tabs per workspace.
How long do my workspaces last?
Free plan: 30 days. Pro plan: Never expires. You'll get a reminder before expiration.
Can I edit after capturing?
Currently, you can delete workspaces but not edit individual tabs. We're working on editing features for future updates!
Is my data private?
Yes! Only people with the link can view your workspace. Pro users will get password-protected private workspaces.
Can I use it on mobile?
Android & iOS support coming soon.

Organize Before Capturing
Arrange your tabs in the order you want them to appear. FloatPost captures them from left to right.
Close Unnecessary Tabs
Before capturing, close tabs you don't want to include. This keeps your workspace clean and focused.
Use Descriptive Names
When saving workspaces, use clear names like "Q4 Research - Competitor Analysis" instead of "Research 1".
Export for Offline Use
Download your workspace as PDF or Markdown to keep a permanent record, even after the 30-day expiration.
